In this episode we discussed feminist Jill Filipovic recent tweets. She tweeted "stay at home mothers are unambitious and set a bad example for kids." Filipovic who is an author, tweet an apology shortly after but it was too late to stop mommy war. We also discussed 3 gay men fighting to get their names on their baby's birth certificate. According to California law, only two parents can be added to a child's birth certificate unless you prove adding a third parent is justifiable. 

In this episode we discussed Dr Seuss books being pulled off the shelves for apparently having offensive and racist content. Theodor Geisel published the books in 1937 and have since sold millions of copies around the world. We then took a look at Looney Tunes character Pepe Le Pew being cancelled from Space Jam 2 for adding rape culture. Pepe Le Pew plays the French-American skunk who pursues a cat disguise as a skunk. 

In this episode we discussed the classic toy Mr Potato Head dropping the "Mr and Mrs" to promote gender equality and inclusion. The popular toy has been around since 1952 and has remained a kid favorite. Hasbro said in an Associated Press article it wants to welcome everyone into the potato head world. We also took a look at the reboot of She-ra streaming on Netflix. She-ra was a popular 1980s cartoon about a superhero and its crew. The reboot has new characters and She-ra herself got a make over. 

In this episode we discussed United Airlines Flight 328 which lost part of one engine after take off. The Boeing 777 with 200 plus passengers departed from Denver International Airport and was destine to Honolulu before turning back. We then discuss the effects of Texas extreme low temperatures. It caused 133 car pile up on Forth Worth interstate 35 West which left 6 dead and 65 people injured. The cold weather has also cause Texas power grid to fail forcing people to find other ways to stay warm.  

In this episode we discussed the controversial tweet that recently got Gina Carano fired from the cast of The Mandalorian which is streaming on Disney Plus. Carano a former UFC fighter turned actor, has started in films like Fast & Furious 6, Deadpool and Daughter of the Wolf among others. We then explained "Cancel Culture" and how it plays a part in todays society. 

In this episode we discussed the executive order President Biden signed to allow transgender young men to compete against young women in sports. The order is titled Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation. Public schools might have funding pulled if they do not abide by order. We then discussed why Robinhood restricted users from purchasing certain stocks like GameStop, among others. Many users are outraged by these restrictions and are expressing their frustration by giving Robinhood bad reviews and closing their accounts. 

In our Season 3 premiere we discuss the Inauguration Day of the 46th president of the United States. Some people are excited for this day while others are devastated. We also discuss the COVID-19 vaccines. Many are for the vaccines while some don't feel safe taking it.
