Fred and Rosemary West have earned their reputation as one of the UK's most notorious and sadistic serial killer couples. The duo tallied at least 12 murder victims between the two of them, a few of them being their own children. After torturing and abusing the victims, the couple would eventually bury their dead bodies at their home in Gloucester, England that would come to be known as the "House of Horrors".
