Leaving therapy one evening, Kristina meets Marko in the doorway walking a dog that is not his own. A few days later, when Kristina stops to pick up her friend Jelena, Marko was arriving to help a friend who lives in the apartment Kristina used to rent in Jelena’s building. On a road trip with Jelena and Zvonko, Kristina asks if they could stop to visit a monastery. Leaving the gift shop with an icon, Kristina meets Marko walking barefoot across her path in the field. Kristina tries to make sense of the repeated meetings with Marko. Could he be a figment of her imagination or are they kindred spirits?

Pacifiction: On the French Polynesian island of Tahiti, the High Commissioner of the Republic and French government official DE ROLLER is a cal- culating man with flawless manners.
