🗣🗣You need more rest!!! 

There is a difference in executing from a place of FLOW compared to executing from a place of FORCE. Flow is what happens when we rest into a sustainable gate; it comes from a place of true confidence and self assurance. Remember, not only is rest essential, but you are also worthy of it Sometimes we are arresting our development and experiencing diminishing returns even though we are putting in the work all because we've neglected rest. Rest is just as much a part of the process as work...AND you are worthy of it!
