After working through the process of an ego death the realization of true ego is the start of the rebirth, not the actual events spurring the death and rebirth. This is the last mini episode wrapping up this ego death process for yourself as you embark on a new season of self and your personal knowings.

As you go through an ego death some relationships are harder to navigate and rebuild. Here are a few steps in acknowledging, processing and healing them as you navigate and move into your rebirth. Using the chakras to connect and empower us during these times is so helpful and easy to tap into.

This week I touch on the importance of friendships and community during an ego death and embarking on the future with the type of community we need to embrace our new selves.
