Free Art Friday Atlanta Podcast

I interview Larry Holland inside my running, air condition blowing, kid taxi. He shares how he got involved in setting up FAFAtl shows for the artists at Trackside Tavern. He tells us about the upcoming show with Skateraid and the Third Thursday art show at Mindzai Creative. I hope you enjoy!

I interview the/one of the founding father of FAFAtl @kenntwofour. I meet him at his live work space he shares with his partner and potter Jeanette. We covered a large range of topics but mostly stayed on the topic of how he became an artist, who he digs in the free art movement and of course how he started it all.

I also had lots of questions about how screenprinting works, how he sells his art and how Jeanette sells her art that was cut from this podcast, he was super open and helpful. I will have to edit that and post a follow up "out takes" podcast in the future. I left feeling like I had a new friend and ally in the art world.

You can buy his work from his website at KennTwofour.com or on his etsy store here.

I interview the ever so popular @Cat_lanta. We talk about why he is anonymous, who he is digging in the FAFatl community currently and how a phone call from Las Vegas got him free drinks in New Orleans. Plus lots more.

You can find him on twitter @Cat_lanta, on Instagram or on Facebook. You can buy stuff periodicly in his online shop here.

I interview Christian of @Clunkyrobot fame. We talk about how he got started making stuff for FAFAtl, Z_atl's nice guy persona, Dad's Garage's move to 7stages, portals, the tesseract and selling art at festivals.

You can find him on twitter @Clunkyrobot or on Instagram. Go to Dad's Garage and see him just about every weekend. Go buy some of his art on Wudwerk.
