In the second hour Carl spoke with Peter Griggs of Shasta College about Chief Don Lacy from the Shasta College Fire Technology and EMS program as he talks about the new programs they are bringing on deck.

This morning, Carl conversed with Shaun Vega Sanchez, an electrical technician with the City of Redding Traffic Operations Division. He oversees installation of traffic-control devices, such as traffic signals, stop signs, warning signs, speed-limit signs, crosswalks, and parking restrictions
