This episode is about people that enjoy making others miserable. AKA bullies. I talk about what a bully is, the result of being bullied, and what to do if you are being bullied / have been bullied in your past. I feel like this episode is long overdue and had to be created because people aren't always great, and it resonated with episode 11 "Everyone isn't your friend". I feel bullies have NO idea what others may be going through , nor do they care. I also feel like that's a problem within themselves‼️ The way that people treat you are a reflection of THEM. This episode coincides with me oh too well, and as a person that experienced bullying firsthand, I had A LOT to cover, so get you some wine and enjoy this episode. This episode is dedicated to #ShanquellaRobinson , a known 25 year old black hairstylist from Charlotte North Carolina. Shanquella was murdered by her friends while vacationing in Cabo Mexico. There were a total of 6 friends plus Shanquella, and within 24 hours of landing in Cabo, she was dead. Her neck was broken , and her spinal cord had been cracked. There is also a viral video of Shanquella being attacked by one of the 6 so called friends , and I'll warn you now if you haven't seen it, it is chilling and heartbreaking to watch. I wish I could unsee it. 💔💔💔 RIP to Shanquella , you didn't deserve any of that, and we definitely want justice for this disgusting crime! Prayers to her family. Prayers for this world! People are senseless, and in disguises. There's no way she knew this attack would happen to her , these are people she thought were her friends.😔🥺🥺 Prayers up high y'all. This world needs it. This episode is about us women that constantly get asked “WHEN ARE YOU HAVING A BABY?” ……….. I talk about how uncomfortable it makes us, how it makes us asks ourselves questions like “should I have a baby by now or something — according to you or??”, and protecting our business, because that’s honestly OUR business. In this episode I touch a lot on people not knowing women’s mental when asking us this question. To you, it may just be a harmless question. But to us, it’s something else that we either may can’t explain, or don’t want to explain due to various reasons such as , some women can’t have babies. I just feel like this is a sensitive conversation and doesn’t necessarily need to be asked, but it will be. I feel like us ladies have the right to wait on God during this process, we have the right to NOT answer, we have to right TO answer, we have the right to feel a way if we want to — especially if we’ve been wondering the same thing but don’t want to talk about it, or haven’t met the right guy, or whatever. I advice people to be a-little more conscious and sensitive and THINK about our feelings prior to asking us, when are we having a baby? Enjoy guys. 💛💛💛

This episode is about releasing people & releasing OURSELVES. 🦋🦋🦋 We can’t take everybody with us, on our journey to better things unfortunately but the good news is …… it’s okay. It be the people we once loved, once cared about, or built a bond with that we seem to outgrow, and in this episode I touch bases on the Pro’s & Cons of outgrowing these individuals. I speak about How To recognize you’re outgrowing someone. & Life After outgrowing an individual. I recommend anyone who’s second guessing a person due to their lack of wanting better, lack of maturity, lack of reciprocity of being a good friend/partner/spouse etc to ask yourself “what makes me think I’ve outgrown this person?” , and answer yourself truthfully. Just because we LOVE someone, or we’ve grown up with some one, or have a bond with someone doesn’t mean they belong in our circle still. Being there for someone when they need you — does. 2021 has been a b***h!😒😩😭 I said it lol…….. For starters, I’ve been MIA this year involuntarily BUT I’ve missed my podcast sooo much.
