i feel like theres this huge notion that if you wake up early you will be better off in life and be successful

don’t get me wrong waking up early some days bc you have a lot of errands to run makes sense

knowing places close early — all of that makes sense

well i tried to wake up “early” and it actually made my productivity worse

when i would wake up early it made me very tired by the time 10pm came around and usually when 10pm comes around is when my family is asleep and im in my room
