    - For sure a place worth trying. I would recommend leaving it for a special occasion, or if you just want good food then go ahead.

  • 20% in Real Estate
    • I always thought you need hundreds of thousands of dollars to invest in real estate
    • Until i discovered this company called fundrise , you sign up on a website and you are able to invest money and real estate projects that this company will be building out
    • You are able to invest in both private and public real estate holdings
    • If you just go on the their website you will be able to see their returns and how easy it is to invest
    • Investing in real estate is probably the safest route in investing , stocks and crypto have more volatility than real estate
    • You are aren't investing in either stocks or crypto then i highly suggest you start investing in real estate

    • How to become a software engineer
If I were to start coding again from the start I would begin with learning javascript , html , and css. For those older that want to make a career change I would suggest going to a boot camp, they are not cheap by the way.

    • Feeling stuck in life ?
      • When i usually talk about advice i like to start with that this is my own personal experience of living in this so called “simulation”
      • I usually experience these i guess moments through out the week where i am just feeling completely stuck
      • When ever i do experience these moments i try and think why do i feel like this and what is making me feel like this
      • Most of the times what makes me feel like this is because i am just endlessly scrolling on social media and just caught in a loop watching tiktoks
      • And i know what i need to do to not feel like this, its just hard in the moment to switch my brain to a mode of productivity bc i know that by being productive it will slowly push the needle towards the direction that i want to have in life
