I always thought you need hundreds of thousands of dollars to invest in real estate

Until i discovered this company called fundrise , you sign up on a website and you are able to invest money and real estate projects that this company will be building out

You are able to invest in both private and public real estate holdings

If you just go on the their website you will be able to see their returns and how easy it is to invest

Investing in real estate is probably the safest route in investing , stocks and crypto have more volatility than real estate

You are aren't investing in either stocks or crypto then i highly suggest you start investing in real estate

When i usually talk about advice i like to start with that this is my own personal experience of living in this so called “simulation”

I usually experience these i guess moments through out the week where i am just feeling completely stuck

When ever i do experience these moments i try and think why do i feel like this and what is making me feel like this

Most of the times what makes me feel like this is because i am just endlessly scrolling on social media and just caught in a loop watching tiktoks

And i know what i need to do to not feel like this, its just hard in the moment to switch my brain to a mode of productivity bc i know that by being productive it will slowly push the needle towards the direction that i want to have in life
