At the beginning of the pandemic I felt called to reevaluate things in my life.  I looked at my schedule, my business, and my relationships. 

There was this sudden stillness thrust upon us when people stopped leaving their houses, and suddenly we weren't so caught up in the day-to-day routines and schedules. 

And I realized that before the pandemic, that maybe I hadn't been creating enough space to just be.

On today’s show we are covering why it’s valuable for us to be still from time to time, and how we can use this stillness to be more present in our business and with our families.
