Shot outs to Bilal!!!!!!! We start off talking about love and the quote, “Be careful of people who measure you against their own self…… and call it love.” Mighty thinks it’s a battle or competition. We deep dive the basis of love and what it means to challenge your own conventional thoughts. “Niggas hate my creative spaces.” We detour into how we each protect our own mental health. Spiritual altars, essential oils, etc. Is Joe Budden gay? No one really knows. We respect everyone’s pronoun as we attempt to navigate how people choose to act sexually. We speak on marriage, what it means to people and economic social status.
Mighty celebrates divorce. We pivot and celebrate the struggles of life for our friend group. Who you know helps how you grow. How does money affect your day to day life? Validation in relationships doesn't always equal health. Ken goes on a tirade of put your happiness first. What do men need when they come into the house? School age children and how we interact with them. We end the pod with our regular shenanigans.
We start with introductions of new pod guests. This leads us into stories from niggas childhood. Ken and Regina share stories from Roland Park. Justin continues with a story from his high school days. We pivot the conversation into talking about childhood idols. Ken deep dives Anthony Bourdain. Regina talks on her idolization of her mother. A conversation on the birds and the bees takes us into lighter territory. We ask, how do we teach our youth about sex and other things. Back shots and sex positions comes up which turns into our ratchet portion of the pod.
We begin with Lox vs Dipset and meander our way into a 90’s conversation. In our stories from a black man segment, Mighty details a story that reveals some of his childhood. Bilal responds to the question, “When did you fall in love with hip-hop” by giving a brief story of his childhood interactions with hip-hop. Ken describes where his passion for hip-hop started. The pod takes a left turn quickly as the guys answer the question of, ”Do you give head on the 1st date?”

After a hiatus, Bilal returns with madddd fatherhood energy. We pend a good amount of time catching up with what's been going on in his world. Anyone interested in the mindset of an expecting father will love this episode.
