I could handle the fall season year round. Especially when the leaves change into some of the most beautiful colors!

Fall is also a great time to take in all the changes of the season along the hiking trails. I was able to recently meet up with a few fellow Podcasters at my soon-to-be permanent residence in the beautiful blue grass state of Kentucky. 

There is most definitely something about the autumn season.

A time to reflect. 

A time to just... breathe.

I admit it. Every last bit of energy that my body will allow has been spent outdoors. I have always loved the fall and especially the upcoming winter season.

I admit it. I am most definitely quite a bit behind with everything. And I mean... E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G.

I admit it. Latest health concerns, starting another new treatment, has put life into further perspective for me. Not that I haven't already viewed life from a completely different set of eyes. Chronic illness, cancer does that to a person. 

Yes, I totally admit it. The energy that my body allows has been spent doing what I love. Enjoying the great outdoors. Taking in every last minute possible of the fall season. 

My advice...

Life is short. Those health scares. Those health concerns. They should be your wake-up call. A valid reminder that life is short.

"Get out there! Enjoy every single waking moment!"
