A charming narcissist is someone with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) or strong narcissistic traits who uses superficial charm, charisma, and manipulation to draw in potential partners for personal gain.

Unmasked... reveals a potentiallly abusive core.

Their charm is a tool for love bombing, grandiosity, and quickly establishing dominance, often masking long-term issues like entitlement and lack of empathy.

Initially making them attractive but destructive later.

Cancer Progression

When cancer progresses, it involves a multi-step accumulation of genetic mutations.

This alone... allowing cells to grow uncontrollably. Evading the immune system, developing their own blood supply.

Lastly, invading issues and spreading to other organs... widespread stage 4.

Metastasis ends up in most cases being the primary cause of cancer mortality.
