Connecting with the Self is one of the most crucial steps when beginning the journey of healing. This is because connecting with your self allows you to get a better sense of who you are and what your true needs, wants, and desires are.
In this video I say to write a letter to yourself, while communicating with the Self. This letter doesn’t have to be elaborate, definitely don’t overthink it. The thing to remember while writing is to use “I” when directing the letter for example”I want to be in a place where I no longer dread going to work”.
This is just a basic video to get it all started I was nervous creating it if you might be able to tell but I’ll evolve and get better with it over time and explaining future concepts.
