What happens when you raise children that don’t fear you? They have a relationship that allows for correction to go both ways. I was absolutely corrected by my 4 year old and learned an invaluable lesson. When you’re secure in yourself and can humble yourself to the voice of God - you may find that voice is coming from a child that doesn’t have a filter placed on them by the world. Spiritually raising God-fearing children starts with the parent. I’m on a journey to live humbly and be corrected if I need to be by even my children - because really it’s coming from God.

Because of the current state of church/religion in this country many people are being led astray with watered down, weak or just outright wrong teaching. This verse says let the anointing teach you! His anointing will teach you about all things! This anointing is real, not counterfeit. Just remain in Him.

You won’t hear this preached because pastors are arrogant and prideful to believe it’s “their gift” of teaching that will help you walk closer with God. The way church is set up in our nation people are attached to their pastors more than God.

It’s all about the personality of a preacher that draws a crowd not the presence of God emptying wheel chairs and curing deathly diseases.

We have to turn away from the consumer Christianity in this country. We have to abandon this entertainment-based church. This expression of the Gospel that says, “we have it all figured out.” The reality is no one has it figured out and no one will ever have God figured out.

We have to be willing to allow God to be our teacher. Let the anointing teach us. If one anointing is teaching everyone, guess what happens? We all begin to have one heart and one mind and then the church will be added to daily because they will have everything in common.

1 John 2:26-27 - I am writing these things to you about those who are trying to lead you astray. As for you, the anointing you received from Him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as His anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit - just as it has taught you, remain in Him.
