Freedom Fellowship Canyon

As we continue The Holy Spirit series, Pastor Darren takes us to Luke 11 where we look at the goodness of the Father and He enjoys giving us good things.

We look at how Jesus is discussing the beautiful gift of the Holy Spirit and how it is one of the incredibly good things that the Lord blesses us with. Pastor Darren invites and encourages us to invite and accept this gift so we can share it with others.

It is GOOD for us to have it, it is GOOD for us to ask for it, and it is GOOD to keep asking for it over and over again.

Listen as we continue this journey on getting to know the Holy Spirit better...

Pentecost Sunday -- what a celebration of the birth of the church.

Pastor Darren encourages us this week with the sheer power of God and what happens when He comes down to meet us. As we continue to talk about the Holy Spirit in this series, on Pentecost Sunday, we talk about what happened that first time when the Holy Spirit came down on the 120 and they were baptized in the Holy Spirit. He shows us how the Bible shows us that Power, Word of God, & Harvest happen when the spirit of God is present.

Celebrate this incredible Sunday with us by replaying the message!

Life in the Spirit -- there is no condemnation.

Pastor Darren Dye takes us to two parallel verses that discuss the LIFE we walk in when we follow the steps of the Holy Spirit -- when we let HIM guide us.

We look at the Fruit of the Spirit - love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

He poses the question - life or death? Flesh or Spirit?

It's our choice, but when we choose Jesus -- we choose FREEDOM.

Guest Speaker Mikey Littau spoke on the ever so intriguing question: God, what are you doing?

He takes us through the journey of Gideon's place of hiding into the victory that God did in him and through him in the unconventional ways that only God can do. He discusses the newness that God wants to do in us and challenges our hearts to be not be hardened and to be open to what God is calling us to do.

We look at the making of wine and how God says he wants us to be new wineskins so that we can expand and be ready for what He is doing in us, for us, and through us.

Such an encouraging word--give it a listen and share with a friend!

In the second week of our Holy Spirit series, we continue to get to know this incredible confidant, friend, and guide. Pastor Darren talks about how it is BEST to have the Holy Spirit here with us. He discusses the characteristics of the Holy Spirit and who He is for us, which is so, so good.

Our challenge this week is this: How does the Holy Spirit want to partner with you this week? How will you make room for Him?

Join us as we begin a new series on the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Darren invites us on a journey through scripture to get acquainted with who the Holy Spirit is, what He does, and encourages us to crave a relationship with him.

As the series starts, we look at the relationship between Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Pastor Darren challenges our hearts by asking us this, "If Jesus, who was and is powerful on his own received the Holy Spirit, how much more do I need it?"

We hope you enjoy this next series and join us as we wade through scripture and build a relationship with the third part of the Trinity--the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Darren leads us into the Greatest Week Ever with a reminder that the very moment we believe, love wins.

Today's scripture can be found in Luke 23: the story of Jesus and the two criminals who hung on the cross beside him.

What a story of redemption, mercy, and Christ's great love for us.

The great takeaways?

1. There is no work good enough to save us.

2. BUT, none of our vilest offenses can keep us from being saved.

Such good news! #LoveWins #JesusWins

No blood, no foul.
No blood, no forgiveness.
No blood, no access.
No blood, no victory.
No blood, no purchase.

Pastor Chris invites us to give away the name of Jesus FREELY this Easter season and pray for the lost and those who don't know they have been saved by the blood.

We are no longer slaves to sin, we have been pardoned, and we have the victory and people need to know this good, good news.

"Someone's life change is tied to the boldness of your invitation" -Pastor Chris.

Listen to be encouraged by the WORD of God today and know that there is hope and we are the hope dealers.
