Shawna has the day off but Perry still brings the freedom!  First, if you feel you are a lost cause, that you have out sinned God’s grace, that God will never take you back, find out why that’s just not true.  Then Perry talks about why we need at least one person in our lives who know the worst about us and loves us as Jesus does.  For in the raw transparency of such a friendship we are healed.  Next Perry talks about how we can never get the ultimate verdict that we’re a good person by living in the courtroom trying to prove ourselves—the gospel frees us from the courtroom giving us the verdict “Right with God” because Jesus went on trial for us.  Then Afton, one of our listeners shares her story of being transformed by the love of Jesus.  And finally Perry explains why we have to give up being a good Christian to know Jesus.
