First Episode of 2021!  On this episode our guest is local St. Louis investor Dustin Hoog.  Christian, Husband, Father, Coach, Investor, Agent Dustin has acquired dozens of rentals over the past few years and recently hit his freedom number.  Last year Dustin join the team at Faster Funds Lending as loan officer.  During our conversation we dive into using hard money and private money with the BRRRR strategy.

Jake and I met Chris Rood last month at his Mastermind Even he and his wife hosted from their beach house in Destin Florida. We were able to learn from Chris and a half dozen experts from around the country and network with some of the top investors in the nation.

Our special guest Bryan Schroeder is a 20+ year veteran in the St. Louis Market.  He has survived two of the biggest economic downturns in history and built one of the most well know real estate investment firms in the area. We've gotten to know Bryan well over the last year and consider him one of our mentors and we like to call him the Godfather of St. Louis Real Estate Investing. We sat down with Bryan to talk about his journey in real estate, how e survived the 2008 market crash, and what people should be prepared to do with today's market uncertainties.

FREEDOM PATH INVESTORS PODCAST #3 w/ JENNIFER DONLEY Jen lives in the St. Louis area with her husband and three kids.  She operates a cleaning & restoration company full time and his builiding her retnal portfolio on the side. She's actually been able to leverage her day job to help scale her rental portfolio.
