Ella Rad has come to the UK from Iran and has wowwed everyone around her with her work ethic and sheer amount of property investment and deals. A former PHD student, Ella came to Aberdeen on a scholarship and then moved into the property sector. Episode #7 of the Freedom Property Podcast sees us interview Ross McIlvean, an architect and property investor. Ross, at only 31, is using his skills as an architect to add extra value to properties and maximise his profits. Welcome to Episode 4 of the Freedom Property Podcast! 

In this episode we interview young investor Kyle Tibbles and learn about his highly successful journey into property investing. Kyle is in the military and only started investing in property in April 2019 after a few years of research. He has now successfully completed a flip and secured a Rent 2 Rent deal on a 6 bed HMO in Dundee City Centre.
