In this episode I’m sharing about the many times I come back to this core wound of feeling unwanted in my feminine energy. There can be so much incredible resistance when we are getting to the core…but I feel that this time around in the spiral will be huge and pivotal. The energy has been unrelenting in my journey right now. In this ep I’m just sharing about the energy of struggle and the deep calling to really really connect with myself, trust the journey and be honest with my intentions of self love.

I am beginning season 2 with a deep question. Is freedom what you truly want? I have had a huge shift around my inner sense of freedom since the last episode. Today I “know” i am free and so I just want to share with you the subtle but powerful shift that allowed this experience to happen.

In this ep I’m sharing about the deep fears I’m currently facing and the beautiful possibilités coming out of it. Also I share two perpectives that I like to remind myself of when I go into fear that may be helpful to you. In this episode I’m sharing some wisdom that I have found from healing these deep layers of having these experiences and beliefs. It is a very challenging and powerful experience but with patience and the right modality for you, you can heal these painful beliefs and come to a place of trust and love and open up to just how supported you always have been and will be in the biggest ways you didn’t think were possible. It’s a big one!

Do you trust how long you are in your healing hidey hole? I didn’t! Hehe. But I’ve come out of mine once again to share a bit of wisdoms and what not.

In this episode I’m sharing about the power of being radically honest with yourself when you experience struggle on your journey. The truth always grounds me and brings me back to the centre. We can BS ourselves a lot even when we’re being “spirtual” but the truth is always the truth and it becomes a doorway.

As I flow in this ep I’m sharing about the importance of sharing your journey and how validating this can be for not only you but others. I discovered this amazing soul (Buddha Betty) randomly in a podcast last night and the power of her sharing her story really helped me at the right time. Walking a healing path can be challenging so it’s important to find ways you can validate yourself as you continue to heal. 💗enjoy!
