This is Freedom with Fenda in a nutshell.

In this ep I offer a loving perspective on the experience of depression that I’ve discovered from my own journey. Reframing depression has allowed me to receive the deeper gifts of it and in turn transformed me on a deep level.

This is just a catch up episode of me explaining what the heck happened to me in the last few weeks! Wow! It’s been an epic time of deep shifts, alignment and clarity. I’m super excited to be realigning all of my platforms to this awesomeness I now feel in my heart.

I have no idea how to describe this episode except that I have a deep truth that I want to change the world and experience the joy and pleasure of it…so why do I find that so difficult to do? My guidance is always to follow my joy..but what if you have deep negative beliefs and patterns that make this impossible and or painful? Let’s chat about it 🙌

Such a big theme in my life! And I’ve noticed it’s a huge thing for others as well. Although it sounds simple and easy to do, if we have come from co-dependant patterns and aren’t used to loving and choosing ourselves…this can be a very big web of healing to move through. Have a listen!

The struggle is real sometimes. Although freedom is accepting where you’re at and being at peace with that, sometimes we can’t get with that, and so what do we do? I’m sharing my experience of this right now. So let’s be ok with that together!

This is such a powerful experience…I discuss how it’s been the main challenge of my life and how prominent it is on most peoples lives! Choosing to love this part of us is really where it’s at and is the ultimate freedom as a human.
