In love, we devote ourselves to one another (Romans 12:10).
In love, we carry a continuing debt—not a financial one, but the ongoing call to love one another (Romans 13:8).

You owe me nothing.But I owe you the continuing debt of love, the very love with which God loves me.

This kind of love shifts our centre, it puts the other before ourselves.It recognises and honours the image of God in one another.

There is someone more valuable than me in the room:
the other. We’re learning to live a life of love—and we can only do that by standing daily under the waterfall of God’s love for us. As we receive His love, we are filled from a true and endless source, so we no longer look to one another to meet the needs only the Father can fulfill.

God doesn’t just want to visit us for a moment; He desires to dwell with us to be one with us and with each other. This changes everything. Unity isn’t something we manufacture; it’s the work of God in us.This Sunday, Ryan takes us through the “one another” scriptures, showing how love becomes the foundation for true kingdom unity.

When it comes to the messy parts of relationship where misunderstanding, conflict or estrangement creates in us an impulse is to isolate, we need to have the hard conversations and knitted in deeper. When we draw back we run the risk of rejecting the very context we were made for: relationship and community.

Following Jesus is not a solo endeavour. It’s a group or community way of living together and because we now have the same Father, we do share certain characteristics - not the expense of our diversity - rather we share our Father’s nature which anchor’s it all in redemptive beauty.

Alexander Venter continues on the theme of relationships, focusing on life together within the Jesus-follower community.

Rooted in Ephesians 3, he unpacks God’s eternal intention to create a family—rich, diverse, and united—not defined by ethnicity or tribal factions, but by love that overcomes the powers seeking to divide.

We are created by relationship (the Trinity), in relationship, for relationship. True oneness is not assimilation or the loss of uniqueness, but the discovery that the more fully we become who God has designed us to be, the more deeply we can love and celebrate the differences in others. From our singleness to our marriages, and in the intentional spaces we share with others, may we learn to embrace diversity rather than view life through mono-cultural lenses.

Shame is a story we inherit, a whisper that tells us we’re not enough. But in Christ, that story is undone. To live as a new creation in community is to discover belonging that is not earned but extended, to see differences not as barriers but as a kaleidoscope of God’s image, and to let love, not fear, shape how we connect. The world tells us to compete, compare, and hide our weaknesses, but God’s extravagant love presses in, reshaping hearts and forging communities where people can be fully known and fully accepted. When love like this flows through a community, fear and shame lose their power, reconciliation becomes possible, and the life of God is made visible in our relationships. Here, every person matters, every story is honored, and every life reflects the beauty of God’s new creation.

Rupture is inevitable in any place where there are people. Misunderstanding and miscommunication is a given. Rejection, conflict and disappointment are in the church as well as in the world. Our repair is the true test of maturity.

Taking ownership, true apology and forgiveness are vital to keep the soil of our hearts soft. Rupture and Repair are not signs of failure because blessed are the merciful, the ones not keeping score. Forgiveness doesn't look like pretending nothing happened and our emotion is an indicator asking us to be curious so that we can identity the root, release the offense and forgive, that as we love one another, the world would know that we are disciples of Jesus.

In their beauty, relationships reflect the heart of God, echo eternity, and leave us with joy. Yet to open ourselves to others is to risk everything, for we are most alive when we are most vulnerable.
Biblical abiding and belonging begin with Jesus. When we abide in Him, His love flows through us. Before we can belong to others, we must know who we are. We do not strive to earn identity; we receive it. Made in the image of God (Gen 1:27), this truth anchors both our relationship with Him and with one another.
As branches draw life from the vine, so fruit grows from abiding in Christ. The fruit is not personality, but evidence of His Spirit at work. The messiness of belonging in community brings maturity to us. We are called to recognize God in each other, building places of mutual dignity, not just shared activity.
In the Kingdom, belonging is not earned - it is extended. We are loved, seen, heard, and accepted, not merely tolerated. Vulnerability heals, isolation wounds. And love is more than preference; it is choosing on the days when we don't want to.

Kingdom giving is a disciple's response to God's grace in our lives, an expression of worship, faith and partnership. Ryan walks us through scripture leading us up to the session with Nic.

Looking to Exodus, we see a God whose deepest desire is to be with His people.

Again and again, His presence came to dwell among them, resting as a cloud, walking with the people of His heart. When Israel walked in His ways, there was a glory and a power that marked them.

All through the Old Testament we glimpse this longing of God to dwell with us. Then, in the New Testament, through the death and resurrection of Jesus and the gift of the Holy Spirit, we ourselves become His dwelling place.

Because of the finished work of Jesus, you and I carry the Spirit of God within us. Let that truth rest with you: we are walking dwelling places of His presence.

Those who are broken don’t need our strength or perfection—they need the Holy Spirit and His resurrection life. And He is with you. Let your hunger and thirst be stirred, for God always responds to a hungry heart.
