What we spend our days doing is not separate or unconsecrated because it is not a paid position in ministry. We are the ekklesia wherever we go and whatever we do, let’s labour in the marketplace, our family and other spheres of influence - with this one life we have been given, all belongs to God.

Nicholas sets a framework for why we compartmentalise our ministry life being relegated only to Sundays and "church" and work being something unrelated to building the Kingdom.
