Our paddle(horribly…we city boys don’t do canoes dammit!)down Crystal Lake continues as we shake, rattle and roll into one of our favourites in the series as our bloodthirsty hero meets his match in Tina( A telekinetic powered teen with parent issues). F13P7: The New Blood improves on the gore a tad whilst upping the mechanical SFX for some cool action scenes and one of my favourite death moments in the series also. You’ll never look at party horns the same again. All the fun and gore as per usual and all we ask is that you rate the episode as well as like and subscribe to the channel. This episode is full radness as we express our excitement over the new Flash movie trailer, discuss The Joker movie and sequel with some thoughts, before leaping off the top turnbuckle and elbow dropping into the madness that was the Macho Man Randy Savage(RIP). We’re back in Crystal Lake this week as we dive into one of our favourite entries in this franchise with JASON LIVES!!! This is a fun one, shot extremely well and we see our beloved Jason return in the best way, despite a sad lack of gruesomeness that we’ve grown so accustomed to date with in this series. But nonetheless, Jake and I have a ripper of time telling y’all how good this one is.

Action packed, emotional roller coaster that celebrates a love of cinema and action with lots of cool moments. We have fun with this one and explore the highs and lows.

We continue our paddle down…actually away from Crystal Lake this week, as we explore what is possibly the most confusing and least favourite of the entries in this series. We don’t hate it…we just felt perplexed after the grandiose of Final Chapter, the choice to continue with this film sadly isn’t backed up with a commanding delivery in this bloodthirsty series. We get a copycat killer in a Jason mask, a mute(mostly)Tommy that’s older and just weird…er than even Jason and a mismatch of characters that dilute this sad entry. It’s not bad….it’s not great. We hope you dig this episode more hahaha. We add some cool comic vibes and conversation about Grunge before the movie chat which is cool. Enjoy!

Great episode this week!! Besides indulging a little love of Megadeth, we get stuck into one of our favourite entries in the Friday the 13th series, which sees the return of Tom Savini providing the gruesome SFX and a young Crispian Glover(Back to the Future), and one of the greatest and wildest dance sequences. GREAT SCOTT!!!This is one we’ve been excited about for some time and Jake is very excited as you’ll hear.
