The bloody journey that started in Crystal Lake and tip toed through Elm Street has finally reached its end here in bloodthirsty showdown. The clash of the titans that is “FREDDY VS JASON”(2003). We chat some of the political mess behind the film and the sequel that never was, but focus on the fun of this film and it’s glorious soundtrack that is RAD ASF!!! An epic end to an epic journey of the Christopher Reeve “Superman”film series, we discuss in depth the heart and soul Reeves gives to this final performance as the beloved Man of Steel, as well as bringing many of the original cast back for one last dance. Whilst sadly this film is well documented for its troubles behind the scenes, we still got a great film with a powerful and inspiring message delivered by a man that we believe was born to be Superman.

A fun episode and a fun third film in an excellent series. Slapstick and a movie marred in weirdness, the Man of Steel holds his own with a stellar performance from legendary comedian Richard Prior to make this a memorable and fun third Superman film.

Well, here we are at what should be a triumphant finale to the franchise, but sadly falls a little short in our opinion as we hit the 6th instalment in the Elm Street series with a movie that lacks the punch and especially the gore of previous entries. Whilst a great movie still, if this was to have been the finale, we’re glad it wasn’t. Alice Cooper and Johnny Depp making cameos add a little sparkle to what is a pretty like warm experience. But all hail Freddy! Robert Englund is a committed actor and keeps this ship sailing enough not to hit an iceberg. Let us know what you think.

An absolutely epic episode for an epic film, where we give you all the best of the original theatrical version as well as the Donner cut. Both possess excellent qualities that we dive deeply into as well as all the usual fun we have in this RAD podcast. Enjoy!

As always we find the human elements of these films and explore the characters and scope of Freddy Fever. Tis a good one so don’t fall asleep!

This episode kicks off our journey into one of the most iconic and important superheroes of our generation and a movie that made us believe, that a man can fly. There is so much about this movie that emotionally charged the soul and lifts the spirits to places few movies to this day can accomplish. Enjoy.

This was a big year for many reasons. The toys and comics were certainly mind blowing, music, movies, Expo 88! It was all happening, but this was the year NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET unleashed what we consider to be possibly the best film in the series. Freddy Krueger hits his peak and delivers the goods. The movie is a home run and we will tell you why. Be sure to give this episode a 5 star rating and review cause Freddy’s watching kids.

A fun but strange movie on a social level, pending how you look at it. We explore the face value of this 80s favourite while diving into the depth of middle class privilege and a guy named Ferris… This is an odd episode for us but we have fun and also dive into some comic book nostalgia as always.
