Freelance Fitness is a weekly 10 minute exercise break from your workday aimed at freelance creative folks, hosted by freelance voiceover artist and former fitness instructor Alison Pentecost.
Today I'll be coaching a functional strength set. Functional workouts train your muscles to work together in ways that imitate everyday movements, like lifting groceries, pulling on socks or bending down to pick something up you've dropped on the floor. All while I discuss building a foundation for your business, or a fitness plan, by developing valuable, sustainable habits. There's no shortcut to results, only showing up every day, being present, and putting in the work to progress along a path toward our goals.
