In this episode I wanted to address a limitation that I know a lot of artists struggle with, & that's artist block & the fear of the blank canvas.

If you find that you have trouble starting a painting, if it feels intimidating to you & you just can't seem to come up with an original idea, I'm going to be sharing the five tips I use that have helped me completely eliminate artist block.

We've all been there before - comparing ourselves to artists who are where we want to be.

Jealousy is a normal human emotion, but it shouldn't send you into a downward spiral of hopelessness about the progression of your art.

In today's podcast episode, I'm sharing why you should never compare your work to someone else's, how I use comparison in a healthy & positive way, & how to measure your own progress using a simple method (& yes, I can guarantee that you are succeeding & improving, even if you don't see it yourself.)
