Carl reflects on his experiences with quitting and how it can be a moment of awareness to let go of things that no longer serve us. He explores quitting as saying no to one thing and saying yes to something else and how it can lead to exponential returns. Additionally, he discusses how quitting is not just giving up but gifting ourselves something bigger and surrendering to the flow of life.
