In somewhat keeping with recent lists, we are now broaching the horrible subject of freeway killers - people who used freeways in one way or another as part of their murder plan. These cases typically have pretty high body counts, sadly, as these people tend to be nomadic murderers who take a while to get caught. We have a man on a spree who is able to continue killing thanks to cops with tunnel vision, another man who is free to kill more thanks to the justice system, and a whole lot of other ridiculous stuff that will make your head explode with anger!
