Chef Anthony Felan is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in San Francisco where he began his journey in the culinary world. Anthony and his wife, Amanda, are the owners of Fat Calf Brasserie and 2nd Act Supper Club, both located in the historic Highland Neighborhood in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Chris Romano is an entrepreneur & business owner who launched a solution for snake control with his business, Eve's Revenge Snake Snares.  Beyond managing pest, he leveraged his other skills ranging from construction to flying planes.  He has Bachelors of Science in Aviation from Northwestern State University.  He grew up between East Texas and Northwest Louisiana where he now resides as a proud husband and father of two.

Brittney Reeve is a proud wife and mom that works as an event planner at the Chef’s Table by BeauxJax in Bossier City, Louisiana. She is an active advocate for Honduras Well Projects. Brittney has a heart for the broken and empathy for the hurting. Her mission in life is to share how the Lord has turned her sin and shame into a powerful weapon and to help those struggling know that with Jesus comes redemption & restoration.

G. Grigsby was shot in 2021 causing him to become a T10 paraplegic. Since then, he has went on to gain his IFBB Pro Card and stays active as a mechanic performing everything from suspension upgrades to engine work.

Blake Griffith is a songwriter from Grand Cane, Louisiana. He’s had success in Nashville while still living in his hometown. Blake is a published writer with songs recorded by Tim McGraw, Lainey Wilson, and others.
