As Oscar season draws ever-nearer, we find ourselves, once again doubling up on films. Tune in for coverage of the Netflix-released "The Irishman" from director Martin Scorsese and our take on "Waves"; a nontraditional take on family drama directed by Trey Edward Shults which takes on the stresses that come from what it means to be children and parents in a changing modern world.
Our first beer of the day is called "Silent Rejoice." It's a double dry hopped IPA clocking in at 7% abv and brewed by Public Access Liquids out of Boston, Massachusetts. Our second is an 11.5% imperial stout with coconut called "Fantastic Voyage" from Perennial Artisan Ales in St Louis, Missouri.
