Victory in the battle begins on your knees.

Meteorologists can help prepare us for incoming storms, but they cannot stop the storms from coming.   

There are many things we can do to make our lives more secure, but we cannot prevent troubling times from happening. 

“…all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”  - Romans 8:28

It isn't easy to forgive those who hurts us, but if we are to emulate Jesus, then we must purpose in our hearts to follow in His footsteps.

Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.    - Isaiah 48:17

Peace without Jesus is transitory; it's short-lived.
Whereas peace with Jesus is indefinite; it's never-ending.
