In this episode I and my co-host speak into detail about the current unrealistic standards set by young people in today's society. We discuss the factors that has caused the societal standards for young people to become this unrealistic, like social media for an example.

We go further to talk about the effects it has on the youth and the different means by which they try to matchup to these standards, including stories from personal experiences of people we know and how it has impacted them. Finally we discuss possible ways to avoiding these standards from affecting you directly.
