This week, Bonnie went to a two-day training, and Anna is making her talk about it! Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (or EMDR) is a method to treat trauma, and even though it sounds a little like voodoo or hypnotism, Bonnie learned all about it and will try to demystify it a little for us. This includes a WHOLE lot of brain stuff, and also many acronyms.

In honor of a whole FIFTY episodes, Anna and Bonnie are taking your questions! They chat about things like being single on Valentine’s day, dealing with regrets, parenting, transgender issues, and finding a counselor. This one accidentally got pretty serious? Whoops!
