OK, I’m saying it. I am judgmental. Working with a coach, I was told I needed to work on being less judgmental… and it pissed me off. That’s how I know there’s truth to it. It’s a flaw, and it’s something that I’m not proud of, but I have to be real here and share what I’m going through. In this conversation, Kim and I break down what it means to be judgmental, how it can be a good thing, where it goes wrong, and how I’m trying to get better in that department.

We are lab rats. We’re constantly experimenting on ourselves to find the optimal way to make ourselves fitter, skinnier, healthier, happier, whatever it is we’re trying to do that day. Now that we’re in Italy, we really wanted to give this thing a test run. We spend this episode digging into what we found and why it shocked us.
