An FDA panel recommends the agency approve Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine for emergency use. And despite pandemic uncertainty, private equity and venture capital deals in healthcare were strong in the third quarter. Dr. Charles Kennedy, CEO of private equity firm Blue Ox Healthcare Partners, expects strong investment in the digital health space to continue into next year.
