Sabina shares: Welcome to my first 'friending' (friendship ending) share. I tell the story of a friendship – its highs and lows – and how it came to an end. In the almost five years since, I’ve thought a lot about what unfolded between us in the end and, with time, I think I’ve gained a fuller perspective on what was going on for me at the time and also what may have been going on for her. Themes include post natal challenges, feeling out of alignment with a friend, boundaries, holding stuff in until you finally explode.
