Some of my kids' favorite kid podcasts are the ones where they get to hear kid voices in the episodes, which is one of the reasons I was super excited to show them this week's podcast, Culture Kids.
Listen to this episode to hear from the hosts how they explore cultures around the world in order to spark curiosity and help foster acceptance of different cultures.

This week’s episode is all about national parks podcasts. I love going to national parks with my family when we travel. I also love to learn more about the parks through podcasts. There is so much to learn about the most popular national parks as well as some that are off the beaten path.
The three podcasts that I share about today each discuss them from a slightly different viewpoint meaning there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

Our family avoids watching some of the princess movies and fairy tales from my childhood because of the subtle messages about princesses always needing to be rescued. That is one of the reasons why I love the Bearily Bear Stories Podcast.
Tune in to hear how Thumbelina gave this creator the idea to retell fairy tales in a way that is more empowering for their listeners.

One of my favorite ways to encourage my kids' curiosity is through science kid podcasts. Today's episode is all about a fabulous kid podcast, all about science called Tumble.
Hearing real world stories from scientists helps to engage children and get them excited about tuning in. From cats to dinosaurs, there is an episode for everyone to enjoy.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only mom who has a weird relationship with screens and screen time. On one hand, I love that I can use my phone and computer to connect with people from home while in the midst of being a mom of little humans. But it's also super hard sometimes to focus on the present moment when there is a phone with instant gratification sitting in my pocket.
Luckily, the Mindful With Media podcast is here to help us use technology in a way that is helpful and useful while seeing screen time go down instead of up.
In this podcast you'll hear about why Alex started this podcast how she wants it to bring hope to moms.

This week is all about bedtime stories and meditation, kid podcasts. Recently, a super smart mom commented on one of my TikTok videos about kid podcasts and said that she uses kid podcasts to ease bedtime separation anxiety with her kids.
She listens to one or two episodes with her kids, then lets it continue to play after she leaves to help her kids feel less alone. Isn't that absolutely brilliant?
Here are a couple of kid podcasts that you can use for bedtime or to help your kids relax and be still, even if it's only for a couple of minutes.
