An artist who is quickly on the rise, Lisbon's BLEID has been steadily releasing some of the most immersive synth and techno releases, simultaneously cinematic and ready for the floor. She also runs the queer techno party mina, is a regular at Principe club nights, is linked up with Radio Quantica. One of the most crucial releases of 2017 was the Diggin' In The Carts compilation, a deep dive into Japanese video game music curated by Nick Dwyer and Kode9 and released on Hyperdub. We hounded Nick to jump on the show since the comp came out, and we're so stoked to finally air his guide to VGM. After that, we have a mix from Minneapolis-based DJ and producer TML, whose music draws the line between mid-western raves and UK soundsystem culture. His Machine Bias EP was just released last week on Hotflush, and we celebrate with a mix he recorded in the haze following a brief trip to NYC.

Auckland duo DJ Kush Boogie are becoming renowned for their warm and atmospheric house music, rich in melody and ready for the dancefloor. They already have two 12"s out via Lobster Theremin, as well as releases under their own aliases - Oli as Hugo Jay and Storage Media, and Dirk as d.tyrone.
