Hasji is the new project of Auckland musician Bridge Shoebridge (Sere/The Naenae Express), through which he explores the Japanese Gorge bootist movement. His debut 'Grove' EP is out now - digitally via Gorge.in and physically via The Grow Room. For our broadcast, he explores the world of Gorge, before Simon cuts loose in the second half.

It's the Amichay Matyas takeover. Amichay has been an active force in the Tel Aviv music scene for the past two decades, notably including a long residency at legendary club The Block. He's also part of the Sounds Familiar crew, a collective of some of the most vibrant DJs worldwide. He recorded this mix while touring through Europe with Yogo. An hour of sketchbook jams care from Dunedin's resident synth savant ISO12. ISO12 (Jason Aldridge) has been melting minds for years, both solo and with acts like Murdabike, Laser Cooling, and supergroup the Futurians - whose new album is due early next year on Feeding Tube Records. This week, we are joined by two amazing Italian producers. First up, we explore some dense and earthy music with Black Seed (Matteo Viani) - a Turin-based producer with a phenomenal new 12" on Sign Bit Zero. Matteo says he's in a more reflective time in his life - which shows on this mix. After that, we head to the dancefloor with the Berlin-based Enzo Elia. Enzo has been crafting huge tunes for years, both solo, and with projects like Balearic Gabba Soundsystem and El Freakadell. This has seen him release records on some of the finest labels around - Golf Channel, Freerange, Compost, Hell Yeah, and Black Pearl. His new 12", a split with Jepe, has just been released on Engrave Ltd. We honoured to air Enzo's Black Birthday mixtape in celebration.

The 2XM Takeover. Benjamin and Liam Murray are two producers from Christchurch who are worth watching. Over the past few years, Benjamin has gained a rep for his stunning ambient music, while Liam has been making people move with his solo project Azure and his label Crooked Lidz. They started collaborating on house music as 2XM late last year, and have since put out tunes on Crooked Lidz and Dream Raw Recordings. Their new 12" comes out early next year on UK label The Nail Shop. There are a couple tastes of that release in this broadcast, alongside a whole heap of other showstopping tracks. Dig in.
