Drama is a relationship killer
In romantic relationships and friendships, being dramatic can be your undoing.
Drama shows up as adaptive behaviours that you developed in your young years to be heard, acknowledged and understood.
Whenever you want to make a point and you do not feel that you are likely to succed, you might find ways to push your agenda.
Drama can be a turn off to people around you.
Here is how you might be dramatic
Consider how we behaved as children from infancy to school going age.

To manage drama
Be aware of who you are and what makes you do what you do.
Recognise what you want.
Learn to parent yourself when you feel the sensations of drama rising.
Make decisions in your best interest
Learn healthy communication.
Express your needs appropriately.
Give people space to show up for you.
If people are not showing up, that is a reflection of how they feel about your request.
Remember, there are people out there who will meet your needs.
Do not dwell on those who cannot.
