This is a new adventure for me I had a podcast I branded it I hope you like it

There are changes coming to my podcast this is the final episode, as the disabled life but there is a new podcast coming on here in a couple of weeks so I would appreciate and thank you if you will follow me in my new endeavor but I will continu OK

I decided to do this episode,. Because sometimes we get in our heads and we overthink things but we have to let things go, and land where they may because you can't force, situations to go the way that we want them to go

This is a topic a lot of people. Don't know about, but it is a real thing and there's a lot of people that are disabled and or elderly go through this and if something that is a bad thing about the holidays

I decided to add my podcast two different platforms to expand my listenership

To me that is important because it is our bodies and some people wanna tell us what to do when it comes to medical decisions but understand that I am talking from a perspective of a person with a disability that I am fully medical and confident to make my own decision

Allow the disabled person to advocate and speak to the doctor possible even though I know sometimes it is not possible due to the medical condition or mental status
