Part II of the chat I had with Klain. We talked about raising our kids, our dive into Crypto, Aliens, and more great conversations about  meditating and taking  care of our mind and body. 

This is part I of a great conversation I got to have with my old boss and friend Klain. We dive a little into our music taste and begin our conversation with how we managed stress. An episode about me. I answer a few of the questions I asked Mandy and David and I go over what I thought about the last two episodes and what I hope this Pod to be. A little shorter than the past episodes, but I'm slowly getting used to doing a solo episode. 

I had a new guest on today, David. We get to know him a little bit and then dive into Men's Health Awareness and AA. Ron Rodgers. Pod was a little longer, but it was too good to cut anything out. 

I introduce the amazing Mandy and we dive into the #stopasianhate topic a little and finish it up with some NFL free agency talk. Also this was recorded before the ATL shooting so I definitely think my opinion has changed on that topic. Any feedback is appreciated!

So I wanted to do a thing. Here is the intro episode to the Friends of Flavor Podcast. I'll explain to you why I'm doing this podcast and what I want to achieve with it. It's brief and probably not that great, but I wanted to stop procrastinating and just put something out there.
