Of course, it is great for Kim and I to catch up and talk about all the things, but it is kind of like we are also spending the afternoon with our friends (with a Z). The time in the sauna was a great place to try some meditation. We give some great tips this week to help you with your meditation journey.

We talked a lot about bedding this week. I really am thinking about buying a Casper mattress because I love my Casper Pillow so much. Kim has an ActiveDough pillow and loves it!

I’m putting it out there. This obliger did what she was supposed to do and completed her 90 day goal list. My big PUSH goal this quarter is to Meditate 1000 Minutes. I also decided to track my self care.

We are so happy you are here with us! We are trying to figure out what to call all of our listeners. Accountability partners? What do you want to be called?

I love the fall! What are your favorite things about my favorite season? Kim is struggling, but working hard to develop an appreciation. We talked about some outdoor activities and hiking. Any suggestions?

One thing I love to do is make a seasonal wardrobe capsule. We are trying to post some of our outfits on social media. But in the meantime, I’ve added these items to my fall capsule:

I am marking things off my fall bucket list. I recently made Jenni’s pumpkin ice cream which we topped with this salted caramel. The combo was AAH…MAZ…ING!

We did partake in one of my favorite fall cocktails. I’m a bourbon drinker and love to add it to some fall cocktails and hot toddys. This cocktail uses about an ounce of your favorite whisky or bourbon, about two ounces of cider, a squeeze of a quarter lemon, all over ice in a low ball glass. Stir and top with ginger ale or ginger beer.

Ok Friends, it is time to make some goals! You have three months left to finish the year. What do you want to get done? We use Chalene Johnson’s Push Goal Method. Take a few minutes to rank the areas of your life and set some goals.

For the last two years, we have get together regularly for ART DAY! We just take some time to get together with friends and create. We really encourage you to take some time and express your creativity! Have a look at some of our projects.

We referred to the book Love Language It might be a great gift for a friend this year! We also love experience gifts. Send us your ideas!

What have you been busy doing this week? I held a yoga workshop and Kim attended. It was a good class, but we are feeling the muscle work this week! I decided to take advantage of a massage!What have you done for self care this week?

Our friend Tiffney has challenged us to do without sugar for 2 weeks. We are taking the challenge and will keep you updated. I’ve given up sugar for Lent and when I did whole 30, but it has been a while. Sugar is the devil. We both spent some time confessing our sugar weaknesses. What about it, do you want to take the challenge with us!

We even talk about Southern Guilt - Do you suffer from Southern Guilt? Do you want a piece of my birthday cake? And nobody made a cake!

We are spending a lot of time this week talking about the Four Tendencies. We’ve taken the QUIZ and gotten our official results. I am an Obliger and Kim is a Questioner. We learned a lot about ourselves and each other. We would love to have your feedback on this and find out what the test showed you.

You’re back! So glad you have stayed with us through the last few episodes

Kim always makes fun of Deltha’s favorite show and podcast, but she doesn’t really understand what it is. Here’s a little glimpse into the nerd world of Deltha. The podcast is Critical Role, but it is actually a web show. Back in her high school days, Deltha played Dungeons and Dragons. Well, it’s cool again! And these voice actors do it right. Such a fun way to do a role playing game with friends!

Deltha is peer pressuring Kim into loving some fall and winter. Kim even dislikes Valentine’s Day! Preach sista! Everybody should send Kim tons of Valentine cards this year! We did do some Valentine art at our February 2018 Art Day with Karla.
