Hello everybody, Jordan Skinner here with another episode of Crushing It In Construction. This week I'm having a chat with Michael Hyde from Ballestrin Constructions.  Michael's story is a little bit different than most people that I have on the show who are business owners that have started a business for themselves and have grown it to a certain point.

Michael doesn't own his own business, but he's the General Manager of Ballestrin and he has been in senior management positions, helping run large construction companies, for the best part of 20 years. So he has a lot of experience.
