Michael has led five successful TJC and CMS surveys and developed a multi-year preparedness strategy that earned the highest TJC scorecard in over 20 years. He previously managed operations for 6.5 million sq. ft. of healthcare space, overseeing 170 staff across hospitals and clinics.
