Norris Henderson (Executive Director) and Bruce Reilly (Deputy Director) talk about the sentencing and parole laws, non unanimous juries and the lack of access to exculpatory evidence as so many people have been convicted and sentenced so many times. This has created the problem we have dedicated our work to solve.
