Even though I am a clinical psychotherapist I am a person who has also struggled with mental health issues my whole life and as a therapist I strive to deliver a helpful message to the audience in a way that it is engaging, validating, and inspiring. I want you to feel A sense of connection and listening to the stories on this platform. I want you to feel heard. May be listening to the stories on this platform you can let go of some of your shame and fear as well that’s the name of the show. There are only two emotions fear and love.
