With the company the past seven years, Dave talks about how he got started at Cherne — a manufacturer of test-ball plugs — and how he moved the company to a new 130,000-sq.-ft. facility, all during a pandemic. What makes his journey so interesting is that Dave followed in his dad's footsteps and joined the military, yet he graduated West Point and became a Green Beret with missions all around the world.
